Habistat Terrainium *NEW*

after seeing there was no reviews other than a 1 star bad review, i was very hesitant to buy but when i couldn’t find similar on the market i decided to just go for it. i am so glad that i did, the quality is not cheap at all and it was so easy to put together. just like any other piece of furniture you do have to line everything up correctly in order for it to not be wonky but again that’s the same with ANY furniture.

Product damaged on arrival and getting no response despite their returns and refund policy.

Ordered this recently. Comes in bits ready to assemble. Most corners were chipped and damaged. There's large assembly stickers stuck on each piece which leave marks when you take them off. The front glass panel needs to be slid into the bottom but the cutout is too small so is very difficult and dangerous to slide in. Nothing lines up despite putting it together perfectly as per instructions. Cheap screws. Gaps all over the place so not ideal for small snakes. The vent for wires is over the other side to where you put in the heat mat so the thermostat cable has to drag all the way across the tank. Those looking for this type of vivarium should go with the Monkfield instead, cheaper, comes pre assembled, fits together perfectly and has good placement for the thermostat- unfortunately seems hard to find now which was why I tried this one. Not sure if it is set to replace the Monkfield but I'm hoping not! Extremely disappointed, had I had time (rescue animal needed a habitat) I would of sent straight back.
