Please remember that delivery services can be affected around the New Year Period, always allow an additional 1-2 working days for order processing and delivery due to backlogs which will need clearing following more limited collection and delivery times.

  • Delivery costs £4.99 per order, or free when you spend £99
  • Delivery for orders containing frozen food cost £9.99 per order
  • Delivery within 2-4 working days:
    • We aim to despatch orders within 2 working days
    • Our delivery partners aim to deliver within a further 2 working days.
  • Next day or premium delivery options shown at checkout where available.

Delivery Zones

Delivery is valid to UK mainland addresses only.  

Unfortunately the following postcode Zones are now excluded from our Royal Mail services.  This is due to recategorisation of these zones by Royal Mail which either restrict or remove the service levels required for the prompt delivery of time sensitive pet products.  We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause.
