- Delivery for orders containing frozen food costs £9.99 per order.
- Delivery is usually within 2–4 working days:

Delivery Zones
Delivery is available to UK mainland addresses only.
Unfortunately, the following postcode zones are excluded from our Royal Mail services. This is due to Royal Mail recategorising these zones in a way that restricts or removes the service levels required for the prompt delivery of time-sensitive pet products. We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause.
AB36-38, AB54-56, BT, FK18-21, GY, HS, IM, JE, KA27-28, KW1-KW17, PA20-38, PA41-80, PH19-44, PH49-50, TR21-25, ZE
Orders over 5kg or 60cm in length may not be able to be despatched to the following areas or postcodes:
- London: E1, EC, SE1, SE11, SW1, WC, W1
- Isle of Wight: PO30–PO41
