We have introduced same day click and collect directly from our warehouse in Colwick which is now open 6 days a week (Mon-Sat 10am-5pm).
Simply buy online and collect in store in under an hour (or next working day for livefood when you order by midday)*
The team at Medusa Exotics have now relocated to our warehouse and are able to offer in store shopping on all products including live and frozen food.
We have expanded the store experience further to include livestock. We’re also clearing through a large number of ready built setups so there has never been a better time to visit us
*Ordering livefood for collection
Following customer feedback we are now offering click and collect on livefood.
When you place an order online for livefood we will order it for you from our breeders for you and have it delivered to our store free of charge (this is usually next working day when you pay by midday). For collections at the weekend, please order by midday on Thursday.
We would ask that livefood is then picked up within 24 hours of the ready to pickup notification you will receive by email.
You can of course still purchase livefood same day in store subject of course to the levels we have in stock at the time.
