Really...

We use this to check our leopard gecko’s temps at different points of the day and it’s great, does the job really well

Faulty product and no...

The majority of my large order was all perfect and working, however, I immediately noticed I was sent no receipts to go alongside it, meaning I had to cross reference each item against my online order confirmation, and then noticed that the infra red thermometer I ordered was completely faulty, with batteries inside that had leaked and corroded from the battery acid, like they had been in there for ages. I tried to get in contact to be sent a new one and had no reply, and as there was no receipt for free returns of faulty goods, I would have to pay to get a return and exchange it. Would have been a perfect service but because of this, the online service is near bottom of the barrel for me.
