Very pleased with my order from Internet Reptile. Great prices and didn't take long to arrive, a couple of days only. All arrived in good condition.

As title says, this is my go to substrate for my full tarantula collection now.

Fair price and quick despatch, but DX couriers used are absolutely useless !!

Claimed they had "attempted delivery" and "couldn't get access to property" on the first day..... unfortunately for them, I have a ring doorbell, which proves they were never even here that day.

Couldn't call them that day, as courier updated the status 4 mins after their office had shut, so I had to go online and reschedule my delivery for 2 days later.

Rescheduled to an alternative address, so I knew someone would be there to collect, even though it was a 10 mile round trip for me to collect later .....

Then they only delivered HALF my order !!

Later that night, I got an automated message from them saying "Thanks for your request to re deliver your package, as per YOUR request, we will deliver on Friday" (They clearly realised their mistake, and rescheduled this themselves).

Took a WEEK from ordering to finally getting my complete order this time.

You really need to look into using a better courier, as this is damaging your great reputation through no fault of your own 😥.
