Had 0 problems and the delivery time was minimal over all just great

Ordered a ghost mantis and enclosure for my sons birthday had a email to say it had been delivered but I was out for the day when I arrived home my parcel was not in a safe place or with neighbours contacted them through Facebook they told me to check with neighbours after I clarified I had checked basically told me it’s been delivered despite me telling them I didn’t have it and they have since ignored my messages I expressed my concern for the welfare of the mantis they showed no sign of caring for the whereabouts of this poor creature. I had to buy another from elsewhere so I’m out of pocket with them being up for a product I never received. The parcel may had been left of my doorstep and stolen as my door is in plain sight from the pathway either way they did absolutely not care for me the mantis or my bank account.

After over a week nothing had arrived. Once chased my live food was shipped and one stock item. I was told one other item was out of stock so my order was held.

Another 2 weeks later and still the rest of my order wasn't here. No communication at all... I'm still without my last item and waiting for a refund.
I'll go back to using an on line company that has some customer service next time.
