HabiStat Beech Chip Substrate is a practical, low-maintenance bedding option for a wide range of reptiles and other animals. Made from 100% natural beech wood, it provides a clean and hygienic base that is especially popular for snake enclosures.

The larger chip size helps reduce dust and makes spot cleaning quick and simple, helping to maintain a tidy enclosure with minimal effort. Its structure also allows for good airflow, reducing damp patches and supporting overall enclosure hygiene.

Directions for Use

Spread an even layer across the base of the enclosure to your desired depth. Remove waste daily to maintain hygiene.

Replace substrate fully every 6–12 months, or sooner if required.
