Delivery costs £9.99 for any orders containing frozen food regardless of value so stock up to make the most of the delivery charge.  

Covered by our frozen arrival guarantee as long as you spend £20 or more on frozen food.

Frozen Delivery Guarantee

We carefully pack our frozen food to ensure it reaches you in good condition. If it does not, we’ll replace the affected items, subject to the conditions below.

To qualify for our guarantee:

  • You must be available to receive the parcel on the courier’s first delivery attempt.
  • You must not rearrange, postpone or redirect the delivery with the courier.
  • Any problem must be reported to us immediately after delivery, with clear photographs showing the food, its packaging and the complete consignment.
  • You must retain all affected food and packaging until we confirm whether it can be safely disposed of.

The guarantee does not apply where delivery was missed, rearranged or delayed at the customer’s request, or where an incorrect or incomplete delivery address was supplied.

Frozen delivery information

Frozen food is normally dispatched within two working days. To avoid parcels being held over the weekend, frozen orders are dispatched Monday to Thursday only.

We’ll email you as soon as your order has been dispatched. Delivery is normally made the following day, so please monitor your dispatch and tracking emails and ensure somebody is available to receive it.

Dispatch and delivery schedules may be adjusted around bank holidays or where courier collections are restricted.

Frozen food should be placed into a freezer as soon as it is received. If you have any concerns about its condition, do not use or dispose of it until you have contacted us.
