The product works well for my setup never any problems, recommend.

Pretty disappointed that my fruit fly culture was sent full of mould. I’ve been buying them for a long time from other sites but since I was ordering stuff from here I picked one up. It was full of mould on the bottom and also on the fabric top. It smelled awful too. The rest of the things I ordered were well priced and delivered promptly but given the culture I don’t think I would buy from this shop again.

Useless. I will not be ordering from here again. I’ve used this website since 2019 and have spent thousands over the years and never had any issues, up until earlier this year. I left one single negative review after company messed my order up twice and since that review, my orders have constantly been delivered with missing items, wrong items and wrong sizes. I never received any apology from customer service each time either. One box arrived completely open with tape not stuck properly, two items missing from falling out and they didn’t apologise. They don’t care about valued or repeat customers. Used to rely on this website but now unfortunately not be using this company ever again.
