We want you to be confident your live-food will arrive fresh and live... the insects we post for on the overwhelming majority of orders do just that.

Occasionally though, humidity, delays or temperature can cause issues.

If that happens, don't panic: simply email us a photo showing the problem, within 24 hours of receipt, we'll replace them free of charge. It really is that simple.

*excludes orders where you have been unavailable to take the delivery on the first delivery attempt or have delivery rescheduled for a later date .

• Delivery for orders containing frozen food cost £9.99 per order

• We aim to despatch orders within 2 working days
• Our delivery partners aim to deliver within a further 2 working days.
• Next day or premium delivery options shown at checkout where available.

Delivery Zones

Delivery is valid to UK mainland addresses only.  We regret we cannot currently ship outside the UK, to Northern Ireland (All BT postcodes), the Channel Islands (GY, JE), the Isle of Man (IM) or the Scilly Isles (TR21-25)

Orders over 5kg or 60cm in length may not be able to be despatched to the following areas/postcodes
