I have a large reptile and invert room with well over 300 residents, Forest, or Arid, enormous or tiny - all of my animals and critters are kept in bioactive environments (apart from tiny spider slings or tiny scorplings), which means at least once maybe twice yearly I make up very large batches of different types of substrate. I've found Herphusk to be a great alternative to using orchid bark in my forest/rainforest mix, its actually much cheaper, helps to hold the humidity better, mixed with other media it helps to prevent plant roots becoming constricted, and I have extra peace of mind knowing that it isn't pine based, its sterilised, sustainable and responsibly sourced. My plants thrive, and my animals too, and I don't need to worry about any of them digging, building dens underground, or deciding to use the ground rather than their lay boxes 🤣🤣.
Internet Reptile, are always my first stop when looking for supplies, the service and value for money is unbeatable. In all the years and all the orders I have placed, I've only experienced two issues, both caused by careless delivery companies, however after supplying photos to customer service replacements have either been sent out the same day or following morning, with freebies to apologise.. You really cant ask for more.
Thankyou HerpExotics and Internet reptile. You enable me to keep my animals happy - which makes me happy.
