HabiStat Spider Substrate is a specialist blend designed for tarantulas, scorpions, and other burrowing invertebrates. It creates a stable, natural base that supports essential behaviours such as digging, burrow formation, and web anchoring.
The structure of the substrate allows it to hold its shape when compacted, making it ideal for species that require secure tunnels and deep substrate layers. At the same time, it helps maintain consistent humidity levels when required, supporting species from a range of environments.

Directions for Use
Fill the enclosure to an appropriate depth for your species, allowing sufficient substrate for burrowing. Lightly compact the lower layers to provide structural support, leaving the upper layer looser.
Adjust moisture levels depending on species requirements. Spot clean regularly and replace substrate fully every 6–12 months, or as needed.

Delivery is valid to UK mainland addresses only. We regret we cannot currently ship outside the UK, to Northern Ireland (All BT postcodes), the Channel Islands (GY, JE), the Isle of Man (IM) or the Scilly Isles (TR21-25)
Orders over 5kg or 60cm in length may not be able to be despatched to the following areas/postcodes
