I had an issue with the first viv I received but customer service were extremely helpful and quick in sorting a replacement for me and helping sort postage out after the delivery company messed things up for the exchange! I highly recommend this company for your reptile supplies!

Easy to put together, simple instructions, sturdy and aesthetically pleasing.
Great little kit, everything was well packaged and simple to put together. My only issue is the the bulb holder didn't come with any screws. A little inconvenient if you don't have any screws laying around but I did luckily.
