HabiStat Classic Pro Dimming Thermostat – Black (450 Watt)

Designed specifically for light-emitting heat sources such as heat lamps, ceramic heaters, and Deep Heat Projectors—up to 450W.

✔️ Smooth dimming control enables variable continuous power instead of on/off cycling, maintaining stable temperatures with minimal fluctuation
✔️ Handles up to 450W load—ideal for large enclosures or high-wattage lamps - this is a maximum load, the thermostat is compatible with all lamps up to this wattage.
✔️ LCD display & detachable waterproof probe for precise temperature monitoring and easy positioning
✔️ Built-in safety: over-/under‑temperature alarms & ultra-fast blow fuse
✔️ Adjustable from 0–50 °C in 0.1 °C increments
✔️ 12‑month manufacturer’s guarantee

The HabiStat Classic Pro Dimming Thermostat is the go-to recommendation when using light‑emitting heat sources in reptile enclosures. It gently adjusts power to maintain set temperatures—perfect for species that depend on consistent basking environments.

Key Benefits

Minimises thermal overshoot and cycling noise common with on/off thermostats
Suitable for use with Deep Heat Projectors and radiant heat bulbs
More accurate and responsive than standard on/off Mat Stat models

Best For

Ideal for reptiles requiring precise radiant heat control, including bearded dragons, pythons, boas, and ambient setups using heat bulbs or ceramic heaters.

Important Usage Notes

⚠️ Not recommended for heat mats — use the Classic Pro Mat Stat for those
