Supplied as eggs/castors - this must be kept warm to hatch into flies at home.
*In warmer weather flies may have hatched or be faster to do so. We do not guarantee specific hatch times etc.
We want you to be confident your live-food will arrive fresh and live... the insects we post for on the overwhelming majority of orders do just that.
Occasionally though, humidity, delays or temperature can cause issues.
If that happens, don't panic: simply email us a photo showing the problem, within 24 hours of receipt, we'll replace them free of charge. It really is that simple.
*excludes orders where you have been unavailable to take the delivery on the first delivery attempt or have delivery rescheduled for a later date .

I bough this item none of which have hatched. I contacted Internet Reptile by email, however, no response from the company. So much for the live food guarantee and customer service. A shocking transaction I will not be using this company again.
All dead. No chance of hatching. Waste of money
