The Betta Choice Lifespace View is a stylish 49-litre aquarium system complete with energy-efficient LED lighting and an easy-to-maintain overhead filtration system.
Measuring 45cm in length, it makes an excellent starter aquarium for cold-water fish or, with the addition of a suitable heater, a compact tropical setup.
This aquarium may be suitable for a variety of appropriately selected species, including small cold-water or tropical fish, guppies, platies, bettas, shrimp and shell-dwelling cichlids. Always research each species’ adult size, social requirements and water parameters before stocking.
For tropical setups, we recommend the Betta Compact Heater 50W (product code GD114) or a suitable equivalent. The heater is not included and is not required for an appropriate cold-water setup.
Before use, rinse or wipe out the aquarium using clean water only. Add rinsed aquarium substrate, décor, treated water and suitable plants as required. The aquarium should then be properly cycled and water parameters tested before livestock is introduced.
Gravel, sand, plants, rocks, ornaments, heater and livestock are not included unless otherwise stated.
