Unfortunately I had a bulb that didn't last long but Internet Reptile replaced the item. Communication was good, allowing me to know when to expect the replacement. Wouldn't hesitate to use them again

I’m really impressed with my Vivexotic reptile home (large). It was surprisingly easy to build — everything fit together perfectly and the instructions were clear. Once set up, it looks absolutely great in the room, really modern and tidy.
My corn snake loves it too! Plenty of space to explore, great visibility, and it holds heat and humidity really well. Highly recommend
