We want you to be confident your live-food will arrive fresh and live... the insects we post for on the overwhelming majority of orders do just that.

Occasionally though, humidity, delays or temperature can cause issues.

If that happens, don't panic: simply email us a photo showing the problem, within 24 hours of receipt, we'll replace them free of charge. It really is that simple.

*excludes orders where you have been unavailable to take the delivery on the first delivery attempt or have delivery rescheduled for a later date .

We understand these items are not sold to be used immediately, we therefore extend the policy to 7 days to allow ample time for hatching, please keep them warm and report any issues (e.g. not hatching) within 7 days of delivery.
