Unfortunately the Viv arrived damaged, not only was the box in a terrible state, the corners were bashed inside. Also, the glass door runners, both are broken and will need replaced. I spoke to someone when the viv arrived and received a reply very quickly and compensation was agreed. However this was before I opened the box and realised there was further damage. The customer service was excellent and delivery was very quick I must add. Just unfortunate about the vivarium itself.
